By now, you will have noticed that we place a strong emphasis on clear and open communication here at TDA. Our friendly admin team is available on 0483 914 033 and at [email protected] between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. For convenience and consistency, our primary methods of communication are email and the BAND app.
Important updates, reminders and studio information are shared regularly via email and BAND, so please ensure you have provided us with a current email address that you check often and that you have downloaded the BAND app. We are more than happy to include multiple email addresses per family if you would like information sent to more than one recipient. We also recommend adding [email protected] to your contacts so our emails do not end up in your spam folder. Details on what the BAND app is and how to access your dancer’s class groups can be found in the sections above.
We are always happy to clarify any information you receive from the studio. If you have questions or would like to chat further, please feel free to call us or speak with one of our helpful team members at the studio.
You can also find us on Facebook and Instagram, where we share updates and celebrate our community. We kindly ask that all studio related enquiries are directed through our admin team rather than personal messages to teachers or staff via mobile phone, email or social media. If you need to speak with your dancer’s teacher, our admin team will be happy to assist and arrange this for you.

ATTENDANCE
Your dancer’s attendance in class is important to their peers and our teaching staff. As a family at TDA, it is a commitment for you to ensure your child attends their classes on time each week and attends all lessons planned for them. Not only do absences impact the concert routines we create, it also impacts the social and confidence-building principals we work hard to foster in each age group.
MARKING ABSENCES
If you know ahead of time that your child will be absent due to holidays/vacations, commitments or school trips, please let us know ahead of time so the class impact is minimal at [email protected] . Please also let us know if your dancer is unwell or injured and unable to attend class.
We also ask that you mark your dancers absent days via our parent portal.
