Your dancer will be backstage the whole time with their teachers, so it's a familiar, friendly team looking after them. It's honestly one of the highlights of the day for a lot of our dancers, there's a real buzz backstage, with plenty of fun and excitement between routines. There's also a theatre screen set up so they can watch the concert happening live on stage while they wait for their dance.

They'll be signed out and signed back in between the Little Wings and Junior+ shows. No dancers are permitted backstage during this break, but they're welcome to stay at the venue with a parent or guardian, and we'd encourage them to eat and rest before their next show.

To keep our concert running smoothly and safely, we don't allow parents backstage or side of stage, our team and dancers only. Our team will be right there helping dancers change, adding accessories and looking after their safety and wellbeing the whole time.

All of our dancers are included in Concert, and we would love every single one of them on stage. If your dancer is unable to attend, please let us know via email as soon as possible so we can inform their teacher.

Please continue bringing your dancer to class as normal in the meantime. They will continue learning the concert dance, even if they aren't able to participate on the day.

Personal photography and videography isn't permitted during the performance itself, but is welcome during our red carpet. We'll have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the whole show for you. All dancers receive a copy of the concert video, and photos will be available to purchase afterwards, so you can relax and enjoy the moment in real time. We also have fantastic photo opportunities set up in the foyer so that you can capture memories with your dancer, family and friends.

Little ones sitting on a lap do not need their own ticket. Anyone who requires their own seat will need a ticket.

No. Costumes are provided, stay in our care all season, and travel to and from the venue with our team. There's nothing for you to collect, wash or return.
