ALL SAPPHIRE DANCERS
EVENT & EISTEDDFOD UNIFORM
All Sapphire troupe dancers are required to wear full TDA uniform at and around all eisteddfods and events. Dancers should take pride in their presentation on and off stage.
REQUIRED UNIFORM
• TDA Troupe Puffer Vest (available for purchase at the start of the year)
• TDA Tracksuit (jacket and/or track pants)
• TDA T-Shirt, crop top or leotard
• TDA Bottoms (shorts or leggings)
Please note: Costumes are not to be worn outside of the stage & dressing rooms. Dancers should arrive and leave in full TDA uniform until it is time to change for their routine.

Please note that items should be purchased from our TDA Shop, be in new condition & dancers should have a separate pair of shoes for performances. Please have all items discreetly named.

MAKEUP REQUIREMENTS
STAGE MAKEUP
Please remember this is not day wear. Stage makeup is intentionally bold so that a dancer's features are not lost under the harsh stage lights
EYES
1. Apply light brown eyeshadow to cover the eyelid up to the crease
2. Apply dark brown eyeshadow in the outer corner of the eyelid, making a sideways 7 shape
3. Apply eyeliner across the upper lash line to the outer corner and halfway under the eye
4. Apply mascara to upper and lower lashes
FACE & LIPS
1. Apply foundation and optional concealer
2. Set with setting powder
3. Apply blush to the cheekbones
4. Use red lipliner to outline and fill in lips
5. Apply red lipstick
Full class-by-class running orders will be available on the day. Our team will be organising our dancers on the day and letting them know what is coming up as well as having printed orders in their area.
JEWELLERY & NAIL POLISH
No jewellery is to be worn at eisteddfods or events. Please remove all jewellery before arrival to ensure nothing is lost. All nail polish should also be removed.
